Return Policies  - All costs are in U.S. Dollars ($).

Our policies are very simple.  We want each of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.  If you purchase a product that is not as it was described to you or it was not what you expected, the full purchase amount (less any shipping charges, if applicable) will be refunded. 

  Communicate with us using the “Contact Us” button to request a return authorization.  We will send you a return authorization and shipping label by return mail. 

  The item must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping

  Continental United States Addresses -  All pens will ship free of charge via USPS Priority Flat Rate.  Expedited delivery can be selected and paid for by the purchaser if required.

  Alaska and Hawaii Addresses -  All products will ship via USPS Priority Flat Rate for $5.00.  All orders shipping to Alaskaa or Hawaii addresses that total more than $100 qualify for free shipping.

  International Addresses  -  All products will ship via USPS Priority Flat Rate of $9.95.  All international orders totaling over $200 qualify for free shipping.
